HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?

Everything is automated so we can process and ship the orders to you as quickly as possible. This means that once the order has been placed no changing can be made!

    HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

    Shipping times are between 5-9 business days for U.S. and Canada orders. 6-11 for Europe and 6-14 for international orders. You can expect your order with no delay, except during busy sale periods, which may take slightly longer.

    Currently, we offer shipping to the USA, UKCanada, Australia, EU, and others.

    However, please note that we do not ship to Germany, Austria, and Greece at the moment. To confirm if we ship to your country, the easiest way is to proceed to the checkout process. If you are able to select your country and complete the checkout, it means that we do ship to your location.

    If you can select your country for shipping at checkout, that means that we do ship to your country.

    WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING LONGER?

    The following situations can sometimes cause deliveries to take a little longer:

    1. Courier service depots can sometimes get so busy that parcels are delayed whilst they wait to be scanned and processed.
    2. If your address is a long distance from the depot it can take an extra 1-2 days for items to be delivered. The further you are, the longer it takes by road.
    3. International orders can face delays whilst being checked at customs, then passed to different facilities before they make it to your address.

    WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

    Our store does not offer exchanges, refunds, or trials for items on sale as it exceeds our margin to do so, unlike full-priced items.

    MY ORDER TRACKING SHOWS THE SAME THING

    If you have received your tracking number but the courier's online tracking has not updated within 24 hours after your order dispatch, it is likely your parcel has not been scanned by the courier company yet or their online tracking system is taking longer to update.

    WHAT CAN I DO IF I MADE A DUPLICATE ORDER?

    If you have purchased the same physical product(s) more than once please contact our team immediately by sending an email and see if the duplicate order can be canceled. We cannot be held accountable for any issue that may occur after the processing time frame.  

    WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

    Should you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact our support team with the following information:

    • A full description of the fault
    • Photographic evidence attached
    • Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 14 days.

    WHAT CAN I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

    You MUST contact our support team immediately before it is too late!

    *IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.

    An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.
